MAKE2025-2030

In geopolitically and economically turbulent times, we must actively support and bolster our industry. That way, we safeguard our prosperity and protect jobs here.

As such, over the past six months, sector associations and governments have been working intensively together on structural solutions for our competitiveness.

This constructive approach resulted in three approved action plans: we are reducing energy costs for our companies, lowering the administrative burden and defending our strategic economic interests more vigorously abroad.

In the coming months, we will continue this momentum. The focus in this regard is on faster and more efficient permit procedures, the future of our energy production and removing barriers within our internal market.

Europe cannot afford to relinquish its industry. Our prosperity, jobs and future depend on it. We are therefore taking the lessons from MAKE2025-2030 to the European level, where additional policy changes are needed to keep our companies competitive in the future.
