At the invitation of VOKA East Flanders, the Flemish employers’ organisation and business network, the Prime Minister visited the Wintercircus in Ghent on 4 March. Accompanied by ministers Anneleen Van Bossuyt and Eléonore Simonet, he was given a tour of the site, which after years of vacancy has been transformed into a vibrant technology cluster filled with ambitious start-ups.
